Juniper is the world leading networking and security solution provider based in United States. In 2016, Juniper Asia Pacific rolled out the ‘Challengers’ initiative. It aims to create a corporate culture that challenges its employees and associates to adapt the forward looking, proactive mindset and thought process to take on the many challenges and opportunities in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) market environment.
Task
AVI is honored to be entrusted with the challenge of providing the consultation solution of creating a professionally crafted communication plan for the “Challengers” initiative . We worked together with the Human resource and Marketing communication Team to co-developed a solution that facilitates and promotes the effective integration and transformation of the corporate culture internally.
Outcome
Through systematic approach to organizational development and change management strategies, AVI’s consultant team worked closely with the JUNIPER management team to define the Vision, Strategy and Culture for the APAC region. The team developed a solid communication master plan that injects new energy to the organization’s culture and brings the spirit the team needs to win. The program is well recognized not only in the APAC regional but also at Juniper’s Top executive at the headquarters.
