About Mission D& Sparkle
Project Description
Mission D and Sparkle are two interlinked development programs designed for HP Dalian site. The programs covered the top and middle management teams. Mission D stands for Mission Diamond and sparkles resembles light emit from raw diamond. They aim to develop leadership team with Diamond quality that is as resilient, with multiple dimensional talents and the ability to radiate positive energy in extreme conditions.
Through carefully designed mentorship, training, and action learning, the program built communication, influence, innovation and coaching capability that encouraged new approach to new generation leadership, breaking the old business model innovatively and strategizing business from a new angle.
Outcome
At the graduation ceremony, the senior leadership team from the HQ applauded to the participants’ outstanding dissertations and committed to put more resources to help them stepping onto bigger stages. The completion of the two fruitful programs in 2016 laid a solid foundation for the future development of HPI Dalian.
