Rachel Kot, Our Founder
Founder of AVI, and an experienced executive coach specialized in executive communication, influence, coaching & transformation.
As the founder of AVI, Rachel is missioned to condense her 20 years of multi-cultural experiences with MNC into impactful development programs to bring leaders onto the global stage. Under her leadership, the AVI team has helped organizations develop thousands of leaders to become stronger executives and brought transformational changes to their organizations.
Rachel had a long career in the telecom industry. Prior to founding AVI, she was the Vice President of Marketing & Communications in Alcatel-Lucent, and held various positions in Human Resource and Operations over the years.
Rachel served as the Vice President of International Coaching Federation in Beijing promoting the growth of the coaching industry. She was a coach in Tsing Hua and Fu Dan University and a sponsor to five distinguished public speaking organizations in China. Rachel is a frequent keynote speaker at various female leadership forums, bringing inspirations to the diversity workforce.
