Hong Kong, China (18 May 2017) – The International Coaching Federation (ICF) announced today that HP Shanghai Trading Company Dalian Branch (HP Dalian) has emerged as the top Five finalists in the 2017 PRISM Award. The award recognized the outstanding performance improvement resulting from the coaching effort co-developed with Ascent Vision International (AVI). Other top 5 finalists are Doerr Institute, Rice University (USA); Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation (Canada); E&Y (UK) and St. Michaels University School (Canada).
Ascent Vision International (AVI) and HP Dalian representatives have been invited to attend the ICF Annual Conference in Washington, USA on 24 August 2017 to accept the Top 5 Winners award as well as to exchange and share their insights on organization development with the many excellent companies and organizations from around the world.

AVI, through the close collaboration with HP Dalian‘s leadership team, Human Resources and Learning & Development team designed and implemented two intertwined talent development projects “Mission D “ and “Sparkles”, which had brought many outstanding results since 2016.

Through the application of Coaching Leadership, HP Dalian has transformed itself from a ‘Cost Center’ to a ‘Revenue Generator’ in a year‘s time, created multifold revenue growth.

The capability to innovate has strengthened. Many cross-regional collaboration platforms been formed continuously. Staff turnover rate has dropped massively. Team members believes that the work environment has become more open and innovative thereby positively impacted the relationship between them and their family members and children. This, in turn, reinforces and boosts the energy and momentum at work.
