Hong Kong, China (8 April 2017) – Ascent Vision International Limited (AVI) is honored to announce that the China HP Co., Ltd., Dalian Site (HP Dalian) has been successfully identified as a semifinalist by the committee of the 2017 ICF International Prism Award.
Since 2005, the ICF International Prism Award has been recognizing businesses and organizations that implement coaching programs that continuously fulfill rigorous professional standards that clearly address key strategic goals, positively shape organizational culture, and yielding discernible and measurable positive impacts.
In 2016, as a learning and development partner of China HP Dalian, AVI designed two interlinked talent development programs for the company, namely Mission D & Sparkle.

Through the close collaboration efforts of AVI, the China HP Dalian leadership team and its HR and Learning & Development team, the two talent development programs have achieved many outstanding results.
Through application of Coaching, China HP Dalian has successfully transformed itself from a Cost Center to a revenue generating organization. In a mere one year plus, the revenue has grown exponentially.
Teams innovation capability is strongly enhanced and enable the creation of many cross region exchange platforms. Attrition rate dropped significantly and the staffs shared that the working atmosphere has become even more open and innovative.
It influenced how they have interacted with their family members and improving the harmonious relationship with their children. This further reinforces and positively boosted the motivation to work smarter and harder.
